The CHEPQ BT500 is a new-generation multifunctional battery analyzer designed for both automotive and motorcycle technicians. Equipped with a large 3.5-inch display and a built-in high-precision temperature sensor, the BT500 offers clearer visuals and more accurate diagnostic data. It introduces enhanced data printing, leakage detection, relay testing, load testing, and comprehensive charging/start-up system analysis.

Product Specifications
The BT500 is housed in a durable ABS shell with a size of 235×112×32mm and a weight of 0.42kg. It uses a 3.5-inch TFT color screen with a resolution of 480×320 for high-clarity data viewing. Operating at 8–30VDC, it supports leakage current detection from 15mA to 5A and a battery CCA range of 20–2000CCA. It is compatible with major battery standards including CCA, JIS, GB, SAE, MCA, CA, DIN, IEC, EN, and BCI. Data printing is set to OK, and software updates are supported via TYPE-C Interface Upgrade.

2. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

3. Return Shipping Costs
Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to a manufacturer defect, damage upon arrival, or the wrong item being sent, CHEPQ will cover all return shipping costs.
Change of Mind: For returns due to personal preference or accidental orders, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
